What is the Vanguard Award?
Each year, the Chemical Educational Foundation honors an individual whose leadership, commitment, and efforts help advance the Foundation’s goals of educating and informing the industry’s stakeholders and promoting the benefits and safe handling of chemicals. CEF actively seeks nominees who provide outreach in their communities through the use of CEF programs and any and all other available resources.
The 2008 Vanguard Award Ceremony was held on April 7, 2008, honoring Patrick J. Marantette, President of E.T. Horn Company based in La Mirada, CA.
