CEF Welcomes New President
At the start of the new year CEF welcomed Bruce Schechinger as President of the Board of Trustees. Bruce started working in the chemical industry in 1979 in the role of sales and marketing, and quickly moved into management positions. In 1998 he bought a chemical distribution company in Salt Lake City, where he has been located ever since. Bruce has been active on the board for the National Association of Chemical Distributors for the past 16 years and CEF’s for ten.
We are also thrilled to have Rob Vallentine in the role of Vice President of the Board of Trustees. Rob leads the Dow Chemical Company Foundation based in Michigan and previously served as the leader for STEM education in North America.
