About Essential Elements
The You Be The Chemist Essential Elements professional development workshops build educator confidence to teach hands-on science to students in grades K through 8. Furthermore, the workshops build connections among educators and chemistry professionals in communities to enhance instruction and elevate students’ career interests. To learn more, click here.

Workshop Information:
You Be The Chemist Essential Elements℠ is a professional development workshop designed to provide K–8 educators—our “essential elements” in education—with methods for teaching chemistry concepts through hands-on learning and real-world connections. Essential Elements is based on the 5E constructivist learning cycle approach to teaching. We welcome you to join Grace Home School Academy for their Essential Elements Training.
